As part of his service to Tarlaquenos, the Hon. Tyrone Aganon – Board Member of Tarlac Province sponsored one scholar in SMAW NC II who graduated just recently.

This is just a start of his bigger plan for the Tarlaquenos as promised in his Inspirational Speech during the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony of Heats School of Welding Technology, Inc. conducted last March 2009.

One of the priorities of the Provincial Government of Tarlac, headed by Hon. Gov. Victor Yap is to invest in Technical Education for the Tarlac Youth. Investing in Technical Training for the youth is more feasible since most of the jobs required overseas are technical jobs wherein welders are the most in-demand among them.

We hope that there will be more trainees are sponsored by the Provincial Government of Tarlac.

Kudos to Board Member Aganon for your great job! Keep up the good work!
