February 10, 2009, Tarlac City, Philippines – TESDA Provincial Office of Tarlac visited the Heats School of Welding Technology, Inc. headed by Ms. Melanie Romero (TESDA Tarlac Focal Point). HSWTI was represented by its President, Vice-President, Training Director, Registrar and Technical Staff.

The visit started in the afternoon and started with the inspection of  welding booths, welding positioners, storage rooms, CRs, clinic, training rooms, office/library and faculty room. The tools, equipments and materials were then inspected after the inspection of facilities. The TESDA representatives checked the completeness and compliance of HSWTI facilities, tools, materials and equipment. 9. Hi Norzp, thanks you very much

  10. Congratulations Sir! I hope you can help even more. It is really true that we are lacking of true welders nowadays. It is proven in our project here at Qatar (Shell Pearl GTL Project), just this month 12 welders arrive here for our Tankage fabrication but sad to say they were not able to pass the tests given to them. If they were just one of the graduates of HEATS, I can say 100% they will pass the tests!!!

B the way, for those who not know I was one of the first batch graduate of HEATS for their Welding Inspector’s Course. Although I was I was not able to use it here cause I was assign in Rotating & Static equipment, I am still proud to be one of the first batch of HEATS. .

Keep up the good work sir and God bless you more!!!

SMAW NCII – the core competency is Pipe Welding
You will be given Heats Certificate of Completion with TESDA special order, WQT, TESDA NCI and NCII and TESDA WQT upon completing the course and passing the trade test

  41. Good am po if you are a beginner and no experience in welding pero you want to go into it mga magkano po kaya ung tuition fee and how long po?

  42. Since zero knowledge ka sa welding, we recommend the ff course: Basic Welding 6days at P6,000, SMAW NCII 34 days at P21,000 and GTAW NCII 34 days at P34,000

  48. Pipe welding – P9,000 for 6 days, P15,000 for 10 days.
