Heats lecturer as he explains Welding Process
Heats School of Welding Technology, Inc. can accomodate a maximum of 75 trainees for a month in its training facility located in Carangian Tarlac City, Philippines with 5 course session in a day which starts from 7:30AM to 7:30PM (4-day class & 1-evening class).
HSWTI is equipped with 12 welding booths complete with welding machines (GTAW/SMAW), tools, accesories and materials.
Welding books, journals, student books, instructor’s book, codes and standards are available in library for student’s research. Students are given training module for the whole course including safety manual and other technical journal.
Students are automatically become a member of Filipino Welding Club. HSWTI encouraged its students to join the prestigious AWS (at separate payment). This will enable the student to be more updated with welding technology.
We employ topnotch welding instructors and Certified Sr. Welding Inspector (CSWIP 3.2-UK) to teach, guide and certify our trainees in accordance with ASME IX.
HSWTI ensures that its graduates are fully equipped (theory and practical) upon completion of the course for them to use in their job applications to their future employers. Since welding course is a skilled course, all graduates MUST be able to pass the following:
SMAW I Graduates – Pass the 3G Position as per ASME IX requirements on a 10mm carbon steel plate using SMAW
SMAW II Graduates – Pass the 6G Position as per ASME IX requirements on a 6 inches schedule 80 carbon steel pipe using SMAW
GTAW II Graduates – Pass the 6G Position as per ASME IX requirements on a 2 inches schedule 80 carbons steel pipe using GTAW
Once they passed the practical test (end of course assessment), HSWTI is assured that their graduates are able to land a welding job locally and overseas.
