Hello. I wish to do the TIG pipe 11 course as soon as possible. Is a tourist visa ok to study?
I passed 6g small bore 20 years ago. but havent welded for 16 years. I want to get back up to speed with Pipe tig small bore to 6 inch. Can I do the tig11 course with this level of competance? Is material included in the price or is it extra. Is the course in English also (Im sorry I don’t speak Fillipino.) Do you supply helmets etc for the course. Do you have auto- darkening helmets. Can I resit my asme9 at the end of the course. Information about accomodation in the area too. Thanks

Hi Daniel, thanks for coming by and thank you for your trust and interest to our TIG Course. Pls. email me at pwtc_luzon@yahoo.com for more info. But to give you some idea, based on what you have said, yes, you can enroll directly to GTAW II as long as you passed the 6G SMAW Test (our trade test Fee is P500). The tuition fee is inclusive of materials and consumables. Our GTAW II is for 2 inch schedule 40 only not up to 6 inches. Our course module is Engilsh but if all filipino, its combination of Filipino and English. We supply helmet but the normal helmet only. We do not have the auto darkening helmet. You will be provided with welding aprons and welding gloves. After your course, you are required to taek your final assessment in accordance with ASME IX. If you pass, you will be given a Completion Certificate and WQT. If you fail, you need to practice at different cost for 1-2 days depending on you, then you will re-take your assessment. There are a lot of accomodation in our area from transient homes (P500-P1000/night) to hotels (P1,000-above/night)
I hope I answered all your query. thanks
