hi guys, i jst wnt to give some tips and advice to our kaba2yan about sa ndt and inspection jobs, at sagutin na rin tanong ni rojan, well u dnt have 2 be a college grad. to be an inspector marami mga training schools, tips ko lang na mag-start kayo sa ndt, and try to have at least 3-6 mos. ojt,sigurado mkakapag-abroad kau, and then try to upgrade like the welding inspector courses, or kung maswertehan nyo kuha kayo rope access, mas mganda sa offshore yan, ngumpisa din ako sa wala,tambay,sa ngayon may rope access ako at multi ndt abroad,so tyaga lang at kalangan talaga maginvest sa mga training, ask ko na rin po kung ano sched ng welding inspectors seminar at magkano,,,txn..morepower HEATS..sana may forum para marami makaalam

I’m interested in SAW, coz I want to undergo training in UNDERWATER WELDING in the US, probably by the first quarter of 2010, how can taking SAW at your school will help me in further advancement of my welding skills? I’m done with NCI, I also had an experience in automated gas cutting, CNC, in Abu Dhabi, in a shipbuilding company…..Please correspond! SALAMAT PO!

Hi Edison, the main responsibilities of Welding Inspector are Inspection before welding ,during welding and after welding. You dont need to be awelder to become a welding inspector but it will be a great help as Welding Inspector kung marunong kang mag welding. thanks

I would to apply in your company as a smaw welder. I graduated this year where I got a highest grade in our class which I know that I can compete among the rest of the applicant. My knowledge and in skill in metal work is a great challenge for me that’s why I want to pursue this career. Good day!
Im Computer Engineer Graduate in 2000 and i work in Japan in a Sheet Metal company from 2004 to Sept. of 2009, i work there as a welder
but yung work ko is puro spot lang both in welding and argon.
since yung knowledge ko purely experience lang dun ko lang natutunan hndi ko alam yung mga correct term sa welding and yung name in japanese is different thats why.
I just want to inquire about “Welding Inspector” course if pwede ko kumuha ng course na to?
If I want to enroll in SMAW NC II ok lang b kung d n ko mag SMAW NC I since may experience n ko s welding and argon? after SMAW NC II ill take GTAW NC II?

When is the available sched of courses? meron b available boarding house jan malayo ksi dto s place ko? THANKS……..

Ang requirements po ng SMAW at GTAW ay ang mga sumusunod:
1.) Biodata
2.) ID Picture
3.) School card (elementary or high school or college)
4.) Barangay Clearance
5.) Medical Certificate

PRE-REQUISITES:
SMAW NC I – none
SMAW NC II – must be an experienced plate welder or with SMAW NC I Training or license
GTAW NC II – must be experienced pipe welder or with SMAW NC II Training or license

I’m a SMAW NC1 graduate (name of school removed-ed.) also a product of PGS-TESDA, our school is now offering NC2 training, but when my american brother in law told me about your school offering the same course and told me that it is better to enrol in your school for my advancement training in preparation for my foreign training in underwater welding in the US preferrably in the DIVERS ACADEMY INTERNATIONAL in Erial New Jersey. 1st Step: Kumuha ka muna ng SMAW NC I – P12,000 or Basic Welding – P5000
2nd Step: Kumuha ka ng SMAW NC II – P22,000
3rd Step: Kumuha ka ng GTAW NC II – P30,000
Total: P64,000. or P57,000.
